Gastric bypass operations combine the creation of a small stomach pouch to restrict food intake and construction of bypasses of the duodenum and other segments of the small intestine to cause malabsorption (decreased ability to absorb nutrients from food).

so i said um k, n then i find out this guy i like (her bf) is comin with us im like w.e so we were supposto go to the movies im like cool. im thinkin....( i always have to go see them in brampton,finally there comin to me...YEAH BONUS) so i shower n do my hair n make up n wait 4 there call sayin there here go to.....a hour goes by, then another half hour goes by ,then its 2 hrs, so i call yeti(her bf..)s celly no 1 answers so im like ....k....i call back 15minutes later n say yo kp where r u,shes like can u meet us @ woodbine by any chance,im like why? where are u she says "westwood mall" im like um,why? (the bus she gets on goes down the road from where i live n westwood mall is 2buses away) shes like o cuz i wanna do something so im like w.e......n hang up,then yeti calls n i answer my celly rude says u mad @ me,im like y! he wants to kno y im like nvm.... then he says ooh kp wanted to stop off here to see who was chillin in the mall,im like um y? he said i dunno hes like y umad at me,im like dun worrie.....n hang up,,,,he calls back n asks how does he get to my place from westwood,im like y,n he says im comin over,im like naw its ok...he goes u sure,i said ya,,,he goes ur positive....im like YA! he sayd what did she say to u.im like y?he goes cuz i wanna talk to her about it,i said dont worrie,,,he said ooooook.i said im tired of just sittin on the sidelines like a back up ball player bye n hang up again....then my phone rings again like 20 minutes later n its KP! so shes like ur not a back up!we were comin to see u but i stoped @ rays house to see if hes home,n walked back to the mall with christina (2ppl who i dont like n dont like me) n im like w.e u always stand me up, this isnt the first time u just left me hangin like that,she like no i dont im like U DID RIGHT B4 I WENT AWAY 4 VACATION! me n ryan waited 4hrs 4 u to come n u didnt....u didnt even call like wtf?! its not the first time or the last time......n shes screamin ,n so i start screaming man w.e.....n she says im on the 22 goin to see my grandparents..im like i didnt even kno there was a #22 bus n she gets mad @ me like i did wrong?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!!?!!?so she hangs up on me! so i scream n throw my celly....all mad
